About Our Client

Our client operates within the Bowen Basin and is committed to delivering secure and efficient mining operations. Sonoma Mine is a well-established site offering structured systems and long-term opportunities for experienced operators.

What You Will Be Doing

- Operating mining equipment in a production environment
- Roles available across haul trucks and ancillary equipment
- Operating excavators for production loading tasks
- Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment standards
- Working safely to meet site and production requirements

What You Will Need

- Minimum 2 years’ experience on a coal mine site
- Minimum haul truck experience on CAT 777
- Experience in one of the below skill sets:
- Single Skilled Operators
- Multi-Skilled Operators (Truck + 2 skills)
- Excavator Operators
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Ability to pass a police check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening




- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
