Hunter City Motor Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Pre-Delivery Manager to lead our Pre-Delivery Department. About the Role

As the Vehicle Pre-Delivery Manager, you will oversee the preparation of new and used vehicles to ensure they are presented to the highest standards and delivered on time. You will coordinate daily workshop operations, manage staff, and work closely with the sales, service, and administration teams to achieve delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pre-Delivery Department.
- Schedule and prioritise vehicle preparation to meet delivery deadlines.
- Supervise and support pre-delivery technicians, detailers, and yard staff.
- Ensure all vehicles meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
- Coordinate vehicle accessories, registration, roadworthy inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality,



and departmental performance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work workplace.
- Liaise with sales, service, parts, and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage stock levels of consumables and equipment.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and staff development.

About You

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive pre-delivery management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle pre-delivery processes and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Current unrestricted driver's licence.
