Role: DevOps Engineer (Salesforce)
Location: Melbourne / Sydney
Type: Open to perm or contract
Visa: Valid visa with full working rights
Experience: 4+ years
Skills: Prod Support, DevOps (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Salesforce deployments / admin / support, Incident management, logs, and debugging
Requisites:
- Execute application & Salesforce releases end-to-end
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (DevOps practices)
- Handle first-level incident triaging and debugging
- Perform RCA and resolve production issues independently
- Manage certificates, secrets, and configurations
- Support Salesforce deployments, configurations, and issue troubleshooting
- Improve automation, monitoring, and operational processes
