DDH1 is seeking a skilled Diamond Driller to join our team for an immediate start. This is a FIFO position from Darwin, offering a 2:1 roster, short 1.5-hour site flights, and the opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment alongside an experienced and supportive team. - Previous experience as a Diamond Driller - Current HR Licence or higher - Certificate III in Drilling Operations (completed or nearing completion) - Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) - Current National Police Clearance - Experience operating a range of diamond drill rigs, Including Sandvik DE880 DE840 - A strong commitment to safety and teamwork - Desirable tickets include Dogging, Telehandler, and any other relevant work licences.

Key responsibilities: As a Diamond Driller, you will:

- Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently to OEM standards.
- Lead your drilling crew while maintaining a robust safety culture.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on drilling equipment.
- Ensure drilling operations meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Train, mentor and support Offsiders and Trainee Drillers.
- Liaise with clients and site personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and workplace conduct.
