Position Summary
The Digital Content Designer plays a key role within the National Centre of Excellence in Intellectual Disability Health, creating engaging, accessible and high-quality visual content that supports the Centre's communications, engagement and strategic objectives. Working across a range of digital platforms,
the role transforms complex research, evidence and data into compelling visual assets, including reports, infographics, animations, motion graphics and video, to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Reporting to the Media and Communications Manager, the Digital Content Designer collaborates with stakeholders across the Centre to develop creative, brand-aligned content for websites, social media and publications. The role is responsible for delivering accessible digital communications, managing multiple creative projects, and contributing cutting-edge design solutions that enhance the Centre's digital presence and support the translation of research into meaningful community impact.
Some Key Skills Required
- Relevant tertiary qualification in design, digital media, communications design or a related discipline or equivalent
