The Prospect

Reporting to the Head of Media & Digital, this is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition and commercial growth across TripADeal's digital ecosystem. You will lead the development, execution and optimisation of our performance media, affiliate and SEO strategies across web and app, ensuring every marketing dollar works harder to deliver commercial outcomes. Working closely with our external media agency while leading and mentoring an in-house digital team, you'll combine data-driven decision making with operational excellence to continuously improve campaign performance, customer acquisition and return on investment.

This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from our Gold Coast, Varsity Lakes office, or our Byron Bay Head Quarters working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose! A Day in the Life

Own the performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates and SEO.

Lead media investment, optimisation and reporting to achieve acquisition and commercial growth targets.

Partner with our media agency while leading our in-house Digital Specialist to continuously improve campaign performance.

Own measurement, attribution, tracking and experimentation across web and app.

Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. To be a Front Running Candidate A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification/experience.

In-depth knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles alongside digital media buying models like CPC, CPM, and CPA.





Strong experience across Google Ads, Meta and performance marketing platforms.

Experience with enterprise analytics tools such as GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.

Demonstrated team leadership capability with a focus on mentoring direct reports and driving a collaborative, accountable work environment.

Strong commercial acumen and communication skills to translate complex data attribution into digestible insights for stakeholders under tight deadlines.
