About the position: St Peter’s College is seeking applications for a passionate Digital Technologies Teacher to join our Technology Faculty in our Senior School. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in preparation for the 2027 School year.
This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative educator who is committed to inspiring students through authentic, hands-on learning experiences.
The position includes teaching across both Middle Years and Senior School, contributing to programs and working collaboratively within a forward-thinking faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging learning programs across a range of Digital Technologies subjects, including: Senior School (SACE): Stage 1 & 2 Digital Technologies, Programming, Web Development, Game & App Development, Computer Engineering.
Middle Years: Digital Technologies, Coding, Computer Engineering, Digital Systems, CAD (Fusion 360, AutoCAD), and Microcontroller projects. Please refer to the Position Description for further information.
Desired Skills And Experience
As the successful applicant you will: Have a willingness to support the School’s values and Anglican ethos. Hold relevant teaching qualifications. Be passionate about Digital Technologies education and preparing students for rapidly evolving careers in technology. Inspire curiosity, creativity and problem-solving through authentic, hands-on learning experiences.
Experience teaching Technology across Middle and Senior years.
Willingness to contribute to the co-curricular program and act as a Mentor in the House Pastoral Care Program Hold a South Australian Teachers Registration and Working with Children Check Provide evidence of completed training in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care, and First Aid. Contribute positively to the wider life of the School.
