The Role

We are currently recruitingfor Educators Diploma qualified/nearing completion to join our team promptly in Kingaroy

Remuneration, benefits and hours of work will be discussed during the interview process.

Required Skills & Experience

- Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills




- Good working knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG, MTOP & NQS/NQF
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting
- Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program
- Ability to document children’s individual learning
- Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement

Essential Criteria

- ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent - experienced candidates who are studying will be considered
- Current Blue Card / Exemption card depending on role applying for.
- ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain
- Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role. What are the next steps?
