Lead one of Australia’s most significant public sector AI transformation programs.

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia is seeking a strategic and cutting-edge Director - AI Innovation and Transformation to drive its AI Transformation Program and help shape the future of court service delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the responsible adoption of AI across Australia's largest federal court, delivering initiatives that improve accessibility, service quality, operational efficiency and access to justice. Initial priorities include the implementation of a multilingual AI chatbot for court users and AI-enabled automation of high-volume migration processes.

Working closely with judicial officers, senior executives and specialist teams, the successful candidate will bring strong experience in digital transformation, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of technology-enabled change within complex environments.

Salary $162,338 – $184,186 per annum, including 15.4% superannuation. Package in excess of this amount may be considered for outstanding candidates.

This position can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney.
