Role Description The Director Investment Banking is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area. This position is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. The director leads deal teams, prepares and reviews financial models and valuation analyses, oversees due diligence processes, and develops investment theses for new opportunities.

The role involves building and maintaining client, investor, and stakeholder relationships, drafting presentation materials and investment memoranda, and collaborating closely with internal and external advisors. The director also contributes to portfolio strategy,



market analysis, and risk assessment to support Boston Global Group’s regional and international investments.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with proven experience in investment banking or related fields.

Advanced skills in Financial Modeling and valuation, including scenario analysis and quantitative assessment of transactions.

Deep expertise in Investment Banking advisory, including transaction structuring, negotiation, and strategic client support.

Demonstrated capability in conducting comprehensive Due Diligence across financial, commercial, and operational dimensions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are advantageous.

Track record of leading complex deals, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering results under tight timelines.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with solid attention to detail.

Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.

High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to responsible investment practices.

Experience working across multiple markets or regions and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
