We are seeking a Head of Facilities who is responsible for the operational leadership of the manufacturing site, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulatory and operational requirements. You will oversee facilities management, maintenance, utilities, facilities engineering, contractor management, and infrastructure planning to support a fast paced and highly regulated radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and corporate environment. This is a critical position in ensuring the site can support current operations, future growth, GMP manufacturing requirements and broader business continuity objectives, while delivering a high-quality workplace experience for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities GMP manufacturing facilities. Develop and implement facilities strategies and maintenance programs that support business growth, operational scalability, and GMP manufacturing requirements. Lead all day-to-day facilities operations across sites, ensuring safe, reliable, and productive site performance

Non-GMP research facilities. Provide facilities, infrastructure, and services support to site-based research and development operations, ensuring laboratory environments, utilities, and equipment infrastructure meet the evolving needs of the science. Partner with teams on lab fit-outs, equipment moves, and reconfigurations as research priorities shift

Building operations and site services. Manage site services including cleaning, waste management, security, parking, workplace presentation, and general site amenity standards. Ensure facilities operations support a professional, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture

Vendor and budget management. Manage relationships and performance of external contractors, vendors, and service providers,



ensuring smooth procurement coordination and service delivery. Develop and manage facilities operating budgets, monitor expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies

Equipment Maintenance and Lifecycle. Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs for building infrastructure, plant, equipment, utilities, and critical site systems. Plan, track, document, and optimize maintenance and calibration activities for manufacturing equipment, utilities, facilities, and critical infrastructure

Governance and cross-functional partnership. Establish and maintain robust facilities governance processes, documentation, reporting, and risk management practices. Partner closely with Technical Operations, Quality, Research & Development, and broader business functions to ensure operational alignment and support business priorities

Team leadership. Lead and develop a high-performing facilities team. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and create growth opportunities for direct reports. Experience, Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering), Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline

Minimum 10 years of facilities, engineering, or site operations leadership experience within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related manufacturing environment

Relevant certifications in facilities, maintenance, reliability, or project management

Demonstrated expertise in facility operations, maintenance, critical utilities, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams required

Strong commercial, project management and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing vendors, contractors, budgets and operational expenditure
