This role will allow you directly contribute to the growth of the Brand and the products we create and there is no ceiling to what we plan to achieve.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned hospitality veterans to perfect your craft and immerse yourself in the vibrant Australian hospitality scene.

What you’ll do

- Execute on a distillery and tasting experience for guests Friday and Saturday.
- We are expanding our production and there will be chance to be involved in the distillery production
- Execute on event and off site tastings and festivals as required.
- Offer the same level of service as needed for our busy function and event schedule.
- There will be the opportunity for travel for the right candidates.
- Serve customers in the manner that Ester is renowned for.
- Engage with key trade stakeholders when they come to the distillery.
- Live and breath Ester’s values and commitment to quality and flavour.

About you

You love people and the feeling that comes for offering outstanding service and elevated Bar experiences. You communicate early and often to ensure expectations are met.

You’ve had hospitality experience and can quickly turn problems into solutions.

You follow brands that provide a great customer experience and actively seek out ways to improve. Have an active interest in distilling and the creation of beverages.

You have proven experience in the customer service or hospitality sector, preferable with experience in cocktails.
