Sales Representative (Industrial Products) (Full-Time) – Ausgreen Solar Solutions, NSW & ACT Job Summary Ausgreen Solar Solutions is a renewable energy solutions provider operating across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, specialising in the supply of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and energy efficiency products for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The business provides tailored renewable energy solutions, technical product advice, and professional support to assist customers in adopting efficient and sustainable energy systems.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative (Industrial Products) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys developing business relationships, promoting industrial products, providing product solutions, and achieving sales objectives within a growing renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell industrial renewable energy products, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, customer enquiries, and sales activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective commercial clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Assess customer requirements and provide technical product information and suitable solutions based on customer needs.




- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, product specifications, and technical information for customers.
- Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and product requirements with customers and suppliers.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain regular communication to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Provide advice regarding product features, perks, installation requirements, and energy solutions.
- Liaise with internal technical and installation teams to coordinate product delivery and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates on market opportunities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

- Relevant qualification in sales, business, marketing, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field OR
- Minimum five year of relevant experience in industrial product sales, technical sales, or business-to-business sales.
- Experience selling technical products or solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of solar energy products, renewable technologies, and industrial applications.
