- Has knowledge of the dog grooming industry and what's expected
- Has experience OR is willing to learn and be trained to become a professional groomer
- Understands the physical and mental demands of grooming
- Can stay calm and professional - even with challenging dogs
- Takes pride in their work and wants to keep improving
- Has a strong focus on quality + care
- Wants to be part of a supportive, grounded team environment
