About the Role:
Catholic Homes is seeking a Domestic Worker to join our team at St Vincent’s Residential Aged Care Facility in Guildford on a part‑time basis, working three shifts per week from 8:00am–4:00pm.
Located on the banks of the Swan River in historic Guildford, St Vincent's offers a modern aged care environment with a strong sense of community. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on helping residents maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life through compassionate, person-centred care.

About you

In addition, you will have:
- The ability to deliver high-quality housekeeping services across the residence.
- The ability to work independently and complete scheduled housekeeping tasks efficiently.
- A strong commitment to following correct cleaning and laundry procedures at all times.
- The initiative to promptly identify and report maintenance issues requiring attention.
- Experience in commercial cleaning.
- Experience working in an aged care environment.
- Sound knowledge of hygienic cleaning practices and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- The ability to maintain high cleaning standards with robust attention to detail.
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- An understanding of cleaning safety guidelines and regulations.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- A good level of fitness and the ability to safely perform housekeeping duties using appropriate manual handling techniques.
- A friendly, positive and resident-focused attitude.
