Coldwell Drilling is a privately owned company that has been operating for almost 50 years. Our fleet includes the latest model drills, used to complete works for major clients in the resource industry. With many exciting new projects on the horizon, we are seeking to grow our team for immediate starts.

Coldwell Drilling are seeking experienced Drillers to join our company for permanent, ongoing full-time positions.

Duties & responsibilities (you will be responsible for, but not limited to):

- Undertake tasks with a robust focus on maintaining safety
- Conduct daily checks on all equipment prior to use
- Operate drill rigs in a safe, productive and efficient manner
- Accurately check the quality and depth of drill holes and record ground conditions
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards regular and reliable drill metres
- Provide neat and complete associated documentation for drill reports, pre-starts etc.
- Maintain a clean and tidy drill rig and report any maintenance issues
- Regularly use safety tools such JSAs and Take 5's
- Be willing to be trained across a variety of drill rigs in our extensive fleet and show an adaptable attitude

Experience & attributes:

- Strong commitment to safety
- Standard 11 Statement of Attainment




- Ability to pass a Health Assessment
- HR license is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications
- RII or Cert in Drilling / BHD Blast Hole Drilling preferred
- Australian Driver Licence
