Club is one of Melbourne's leading community clubs, offering exceptional dining, entertainment, gaming, functions and member experiences. We're currently seeking experienced Duty Managers / Supervisors to join our Operations team. We have Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available and are happy to discuss the right arrangement with successful candidates.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two shifts are the same. You'll be responsible for leading our front-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the day-to-day running of the venue. Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate teams across food & beverage, gaming and general venue operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and venue policies.

Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer enquiries and complaints.

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, Responsible Gambling obligations, venue procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

Open and close the venue, including cash handling, reconciliations and end-of-day procedures.

Coach, mentor and support team members to maintain high performance and service standards.

Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and operational standards throughout the venue.

Work collaboratively with department leaders to ensure seamless daily operations.





Respond confidently to incidents and make sound operational decisions when required.

About

You

You'll be someone who leads by example and is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality. To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within hospitality.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions.

A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.

Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Essential

Requirements

Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).

Victorian Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) (or willingness to obtain).

Full Australian working rights.
