Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching Understanding of and ability to provide Psychological First Aid and trauma informed supportive counselling to employees as this is a Critical Incident role

Be proactive and engaging with organisational customers (onsite contact, manager or HR) and employees

Ability to provide support both virtually and onsite at varied customer locations
