Insight Early Learning Dunsborough is currently seeking a Certificate III–qualified Educator, or someone who is working towards the qualification or willing to become a Trainee Educator, for a permanent full time position supporting our team.

About the Role

You will support children’s learning, wellbeing and development, creating a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, confident and encouraged to grow.
A regular day in this role will include:
- Actively supervising and engaging with children in your care
- Supporting children's learning through play, exploration, and projects
- Monitoring children's health, nutrition,
and hygiene, while providing care, emotional support, and guidance
- Working closely with the team to observe and document children's development and learning progress
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both children and staff
- Being flexible to work across different rooms as needed
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Following the centre's philosophy, policies, and procedures
- Working closely with the Room Leader and/or Educational Leader to reflect on and improve the program
- Assisting with other duties as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children.
You will have
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be currently working towards it as a Trainee Educator
- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates and Child Protection Training
- Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Experience working with children
- A warm, friendly and caring personality
- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- A willingness to work with children across all age groups within the centre
