Base Salary: $75,874 - $84,064 (p.a.)

Plus Worker Retention Payment

Total Effective Package: $95,466 - $104,723 (p.a.)*

Full Time Contract

Monday to Friday – 37.5hours per week

About the role The Early Childhood Educator Team Leader delivers education, care and leadership to a team of Early Childhood Educators in the provision of high-quality education to children attending the Congress Child Care Centres using a bi-cultural adaptation of the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a).

Who are we looking for?

Someone to fit our team with the following requirements:

- Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA.
- Extensive experience in mentoring and supervising Educators.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply information about how children learn and develop in practical ways.
- Ability to interpret and apply information provided about a diverse range of positive teaching strategies that meet the individual learning styles of the different children.
- Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Early Years Framework and an understanding of the National Quality Standards.
- Ability to contribute as an active team member to all aspects of the functioning of Congress Child Care Centre.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
