What We're Looking For:

Lead & Assistant Educators (Permanent Part-time, up to 37.5hrs/wk, Monday to Friday):

Hold a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents,



and caregivers to create a harmonious learning environment.

- Innovative Thinker: Bring fresh and creative ideas to engage children in exciting and educational activities.

- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.

- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community.

- Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.

- Participate in team meetings and career development opportunities.

On Call Casuals (Casual hours varies from 0-5days/wk):

Hold a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or be studying towards.

- On call casual staff are very important to our early education centre. Being an on-call casual does not bring with it guaranteed hours each week but can range from 1-5days depending on the needs of the centre.
