Take full ownership of our client's online channel, spanning the Shopify platform, campaign execution, merchandising and overall customer experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone technically fluent, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to work across both the strategic and the granular.

Key responsibilities:

- Ownership of the brand’s online storefront and site performance including speed, stability, mobile experience and uptime.
- Own online revenue, conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchase.
- Manage the website roadmap, prioritising enhancements, briefing developers, testing releases and shipping improvements.
- Manage and troubleshoot apps and third-party integrations.
- Stay on top of Shopify's evolving features, app ecosystem and best practice.
- Utilise trading and customer behaviour data to spot opportunities.
- Report commercial performance and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Align digital activity with seasonal launches, campaigns and inventory priorities.
- Manage weekly product launches including copy, imagery, attributes, SEO metadata, sizing and care info.
- Own collections,



categories and on-site campaign builds.
- Manage paid search and paid social activity and budgets alongside external agencies.
- Own email/SMS strategy, campaigns, automated flows, segmentation and reporting.
- Use customer data to drive retention and lifetime value.
- Own the end-to-end online customer journey.
- Coach and develop a small, tight-knit team.

You're a fit if you:
- Bring 5+ years experience in an Ecommerce Manager, Digital Manager or similar role, ideally in fashion or beauty.
- Proven track record growing online revenue in fashion, apparel, beauty or a premium consumer brand.
- Bring working knowledge of ecommerce/marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with email/SMS platforms and paid media platforms.
- Confident managing external agencies and digital budgets.
- Strong analytical skills.
