ECOMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER | Shopify, Ecommerce, CRO, Digital Marketing

Our client is looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years’ experience to help drive online revenue and customer growth across their ecommerce channels. You’ll play a key role in improving the customer journey, optimising conversion, and supporting digital marketing activity across the full ecommerce funnel.

- 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
- $90K-110K + Super

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will support the day-to-day management and optimisation of ecommerce activity across Shopify and other digital platforms.



You’ll analyse customer journeys, conversion rates, product performance and website data to identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve the customer experience. The role will involve supporting CRO and A/B testing initiatives, digital merchandising, landing page optimisation, email and CRM activity, and working closely with paid media and creative teams.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- 2–5 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform
- Robust understanding of ecommerce performance and customer journeys
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing and website optimisation
- Confident using Google Analytics / GA4
- Understanding of paid media, CRM and email marketing
- Experience working towards revenue, conversion or ecommerce KPIs
