In this role, you will support international students through the admissions and visa process and assist our Registered Migration Agent with preparing visa-related documentation. You will also act as a key point of contact for students, education providers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and professional academic advice to international students
- Communicate with education providers to follow up on applications
- Assist with student applications, admissions, and enrolments
- Support visa application preparation and lodgment
- Assist the Migration Agent with visa documentation and immigration advice
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Collect and review required documents for applications
- Maintain and update client files in CRM and internal systems

Skills & Experience

- Experience as an Education Consultant or Migration Agent Assistant (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Australian immigration and/or education frameworks
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail; professional and efficient work style
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to liaise effectively with DHA, education providers, and clients
