Career Education Consultancy Australia (CECA) is a fast-growing education and migration consultancy dedicated to helping international students achieve their academic and career goals. We are seeking a passionate, target-driven, and customer-focused Bangladeshi Educational Counsellor to join our team at our Lakemba, NSW office.

About the Role

As a Bangladeshi Educational Counsellor, you will be responsible for counselling Bangladeshi students on study opportunities in Australia and other destination countries, identifying suitable education pathways, and guiding them through the entire admission process. You will play a key role in converting enquiries into successful enrolments while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel Bangladeshi students on study opportunities in Australia and other destination countries.

Assess students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and institutions.

Manage the complete student admission process, including applications, offer letters, enrolments, and documentation.

Follow up on enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, social media, and walk-ins.

Convert leads into successful student enrolments while achieving monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system regularly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, education providers, and partner agents.

Stay up to date with education provider requirements, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa regulations.

Participate in education expos, seminars,



community events, and promotional activities targeting the Bangladeshi community.

Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to maximise student recruitment opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international education consulting or student recruitment.

Sound knowledge of the Australian education system and admission processes.

Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bengali (Bangla).

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve enrolment targets.

Experience using CRM systems such as Agentcis or similar platforms is preferred.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Valid Australian work rights.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: Up to AUD $100,000 per annum (based on experience and performance).

Performance Incentives: Earn AUD $3,000–$4,000 per month based on enrolment and performance targets.
