The successful candidate will join a supportive and productive project team working a consistent Monday to Friday roster, with an immediate start available for the right person.

- Immediate commencement for the right candidate, The Final Trim Grader Operator will be responsible for:
- Operating a grader to final trim and level specification standards
- Reading and interpreting site plans, set-out information,
and level requirements
- Performing exact trimming, shaping, and finishing of road and civil surfaces
- Working closely with site supervisors, surveyors, and other plant operators
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic plant maintenance checks
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment on site
- Supporting the broader civil construction team as required
About the Candidate
- Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator
- Strong ability to work to levels and final trim specifications
- Experience on civil construction projects
- Commitment to safe work practices
- White Card
- Relevant tickets, licences and operating experience
- Ability to work well within a team and follow site instructions
