About The Role:

Rincovitch is offering an exciting 3-month paid internship where you'll work alongside experienced Structural Engineers on a variety of commercial and residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills, gain hands‑on experience, and build a strong foundation for your engineering career.

You’ll receive mentoring from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to real projects, engineering software, site inspections, and structural design.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working as part of our engineering team, you'll assist with:

- Preparing structural designs and engineering calculations under supervision
- Producing drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit and other engineering software
- Assisting with reports, technical documentation and project deliverables
- Learning Australian design standards and engineering best practices
- Supporting shop drawing reviews and structural documentation




- Attending site inspections with senior engineers
- Assisting with project research and technical investigations
- Maintaining organised project documentation and records
- Collaborating with engineers across multiple projects

Throughout the internship you'll receive guidance, mentoring and regular feedback to support your professional development.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.

Ideally you'll have:

- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of structural analysis and engineering principles
- Exposure to Structural engineering software (desirable but not essential)
