I'm partnering with a well-established national contractor that continues to invest heavily in the growth of its Electrical & Communications division. With a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging projects across Australia, the business offers long-term career opportunities, a collaborative culture and an exciting pipeline of work.

Current and upcoming projects include:

- $2M Communications package on a major Data Centre project
- $1.5M Electrical & Communications Defence project
- $4M High Voltage Defence project

This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys managing a variety of electrical and communications projects and can confidently oversee multiple stakeholders from project award through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical and communications projects from inception through to handover.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience delivering commercial, communications, defence or HV electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts and commercial management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from start to finish in a contractor environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and client management skills.
