Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and talented Electrical Supervisor to take the lead across a variety of maintenance and installation projects throughout Sydney.

This is a premium service role offering independence, stability, variety, and the opportunity to take ownership of your work without being micromanaged.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage your own workload, supervise electrical works, and deliver high-quality outcomes for our valued clients. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising electricians and apprentices on-site
- Running jobs from start to finish including planning, execution, and handover
- Managing maintenance works, upgrades, and small projects
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Liaising with clients,



facility managers, strata managers, builders, and internal teams
- Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Coordinating materials, scheduling, and resources
- Identifying issues early and providing practical solutions
- Maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication and quality service

You will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, with the freedom to manage your own projects while being supported by an experienced management team.

The Work

Your role will include a variety of electrical works across Sydney, including:
- Commercial service and facilities management clients

- Strata electrical maintenance

- Urgent reactive electrical works
- High-end residential maintenance

- Small projects including
- EV charger installations
- Main switchboard and power upgrades
- LED lighting upgrades
- Electrical upgrades and compliance works

About You

We are seeking an experienced electrical qualified who has:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- A professional attitude with excellent communication skills
- Experience supervising electrical works and managing projects
- A strong background in electrical maintenance (highly desirable)
- Experience working across commercial, strata, facilities,



or premium residential environments
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

Experience in project management or leading a small team will be highly regarded.
