Arctic Energy is an award-winning Solar and Battery Storage installation company seeking a motivated and qualified Electrician to join our team on a long-term basis.

The Role

Jobs you’ll be involved in:

- Solar & battery installations
- Pre-site and post-install inspections
- Fault finding and service work
- Supporting system design and technical decisions
- Mentoring apprentices

What We’re Looking For:

- Fully Qualified Electrician - No previous solar experience required
- Robust communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A team player who can lead and mentor others




- Can show initiative and work autonomously when needed
- Commitment to safety standards and compliance

Requirements:

- Qualified electrician

- Current CPR certification

Successful candidates will receive the following:

- Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
- Uniforms
- $2k Sign-on bonus
- On going training to complete solar installer license
- Pay increase once Solar accreditation is gained
