This is a hands-on role responsible for the maintenance, fault finding, repair and servicing of a range of specialised glass processing machinery. You'll work across our manufacturing facility to minimise downtime and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults.
- Maintain and service
- Glass polishing machines
- Float and laminate cutting tables
- CNC machinery
- Waterjet cutting machine
- Glass furnace
- Carry out equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Assist with machine upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to minimise downtime.
