TCA Electrical | Service & Maintenance Division

We're TCA Services — the maintenance and small works arm of TCA Electrical, a fast growing electrical company made up of a team of 20+ sparkies, established in 2015. We look after hospitality venues, retail fitouts, high-end homes, and property portfolios across the eastern suburbs and beyond. Most of the Service team have been with us 4+ years, and the rest aren't far behind - which tells you something about how we run things at TCA.

What the job looks like:

- Your own van, and run of regular clients, and a mix of work that keeps you sharp: switchboard upgrades, fault-finding, lighting installations, small project work, the occasional emergency callout.
- Direct contact with property managers, venue owners, and homeowners — you're trusted to make the call on-site, not wait for someone to tell you what to do
- Office based in the inner west, but you'll get around — Eastern Suburbs, CBD, the Hills, and so on.

What we're looking for:

- Licensed electrician (or a late-stage apprentice who's already operating solo and ready to step up)




- Someone who can walk onto a job, diagnose it, and own the outcome — not just follow a checklist
- Comfortable talking to clients
- Flexible with working overtime as required
- SimPRO experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker — we'll get you across it
