Role Description
We are seeking a senior security technician who knows their craft and takes pride in doing things properly. This is not a cabling-heavy role and not an entry-level position. You will be working primarily on system design support, commissioning, advanced fault-finding, and upgrades across high-quality commercial and industrial sites. If you are tired of poor installs, corner‑cutting,
and being sent to “fix someone else’s mess”, this role will suit you.
The Role
You will work across:
- Enterprise access control and intrusion systems
- Complex commissioning and troubleshooting
- Upgrades, expansions, and remediation of existing sites
- Client‑facing technical problem solving
Work is predominantly clean, technical, and cerebral rather than labour‑heavy. After‑hours work is rare and limited to genuine emergencies.
Systems You Will Work With
Experience with some or all of the following:
- Inner Range Inception (preferred – training provided if required)
- Inner Range Integriti
- GE Tecom Commander
- Permaconn
- Leading CCTV platforms
- Commercial alarm systems
You do not need to be an expert in everything – but you must be comfortable working independently
