We are seeking an AMI 6-12 trained Montessori Teacher to lead one of our well-established Elementary environments.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a thriving environment and lead a committed team in delivering Montessori education to the highest standard.

The Role As Lead

Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your Elementary class, shaping a calm, purposeful and beautiful Montessori environment while leading and inspiring your classroom team.

You Will

Guide each child’s development with care, insight and respect

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Montessori materials and child development

Lead with clarity, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture

Build positive, skilled relationships with families

Contribute to the wider life of the school We are looking for a confident and reflective Montessori practitioner who: Holds an AMI 6-12 Diploma and has experience of working with children

Brings strong leadership, organisation and clear communication

Builds relationships with ease and professionalism
