About the Opportunity

We're seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for short-term contracts across a range of hospitals and facilities throughout South Australia, including Port Lincoln, Yorketown, Tumby Bay, Cummins , Mt Gambier, Ceduna, Maitlland, Cleve and Riverton Hospital . These rewarding opportunities place you in dynamic ED settings where your clinical expertise, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure will make a real impact on patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities





- Triage & assessment of patients with acute and emergency presentations
- Deliver safe, timely, high‑quality care in agile ED settings
- Respond to trauma and resuscitation scenarios
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical guidelines
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient flow
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection‑control standards
- Provide patient education and reassurance during high‑stress situations

What You’ll Need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ recent ED experience
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Full Australian working rights
- Competence in Triage, Resuscitation, and Cannulation
- Strong clinical judgement and confidence working in new environments
