SYC Sunshine site is seeking a dedicated Employment Coach to support participants under the Workforce Australia program. You will deliver one-to-one coaching, assessments, and tailored action plans to help clients overcome barriers and progress toward employment goals.You will collaborate with community organisations, support job search activities, and prepare clients for resumes and interviews, while maintaining diligent case notes and reports in an agile team.
