Our client is looking for an experienced Employment Hero Implementation Consultant to take ownership of the final stages of their Employment Hero HR implementation.

This is an opportunity to step into a project that is already underway, review the existing configuration, optimise the platform and ensure a smooth, successful deployment.

Working closely with HR, Payroll and key business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for refining the system, validating data, leading testing, supporting go-live and ensuring the organisation is equipped to confidently manage the platform long after implementation has been completed.

This role would suit someone who has delivered multiple Employment Hero implementations and enjoys combining hands-on configuration with project delivery, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.

What's involved?

As the Employment Hero Implementation Consultant, you'll oversee the remaining implementation activities and ensure the platform is fully configured, tested and ready for production. You'll review work completed to date, identify opportunities for improvement and drive the project through to successful completion while providing explicit communication to stakeholders throughout the engagement.

You'll also play an important role in building internal capability, delivering training and leaving the organisation with the documentation, processes and knowledge required to confidently manage the system into the future.

Key responsibilities include

- Reviewing the existing Employment Hero configuration and refining the platform to align with business requirements and best practice.
- Validating migrated employee data, resolving data quality issues and ensuring system integrity ahead of go-live.




- Configuring and optimising HR workflows including onboarding, employee changes, contract generation, probation management, offboarding, approvals and notifications.
- Managing the implementation project, including planning, status reporting, risk management, User Acceptance Testing, documentation, training, go-live support and project close-out.
- Developing a post-go-live optimisation roadmap to support future enhancements and continuous improvement.

About you You'll bring proven experience delivering successful Employment Hero HR implementations from configuration through to go-live and have a strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle workflows and data migration.

You'll also demonstrate:

- Hands-on Employment Hero HR configuration experience.
- Strong implementation and project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing and resolving system configuration issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll and the wider business.
- The ability to produce clear documentation, deliver administrator training and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
