About The Role We are seeking a qualified EN4179 Level 2 Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to join our growing team in Cairns, QLD. You will be responsible for performing inspections in accordance with aerospace standards, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of critical components.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform NDT inspections using methods such as:

- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

- Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

- Eddy Current Testing (ET)
- Interpret and evaluate inspection results in compliance with EN4179 requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation
- Ensure all work complies with customer, regulatory, and safety standards




- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

- Current EN4179 Level 2 certification in:

- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

- Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

- Eddy Current Testing (ET)
- Proven experience in aerospace or aviation industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and reporting abilities
