About the Role

We are seeking an experienced endota Spa Manager to lead our flagship location at endota spa Rundle Mall in Adelaide. This is a full-time position offering the prospect to manage a dynamic spa environment and deliver exceptional service to our valued clientele. This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive the success of the spa and be responsible for the overall operation, performance and guest experience at our Rundle Mall location.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth running and adherence to endota standards and procedures
- Manage and develop the spa team, including recruitment, training, performance management and staff scheduling
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through quality service delivery and resolution of any guest concerns
- Drive revenue targets and profitability through effective management of bookings, pricing and upselling opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure cost-effective operations
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients and encourage repeat business
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on spa performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a spa management or similar luxury service management role within the Hair & Beauty Services industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong retail skills
- Sound knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products and industry best practice
- Experience with spa management systems,



booking software and point of sale systems
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, control costs and drive profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Certification or qualifications in spa management, hospitality or a related field is preferred
