The Opportunity

We are looking for a Maintenance Area Lead to join our team at our Hunter Campus to support our Central (Hunter) and North Communities.

Duties will include (but not limited to): -

Maintenance Operations

- Lead and coordinate maintenance services across multiple sites , ensuring consistent service delivery standards.

- Oversee the delivery of maintenance services, including prioritisation and timely completion of work orders.

- Drive execution of preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and minimise reactive works.

- Monitor service delivery performance, including backlog levels, response times and completion rates.

- Identify operational risks and escalation issues impacting service continuity.

- Provide hands‑on operational support to maintenance teams.
