NSW Health’s High Street Youth Health Service in Western Sydney is seeking a Youth Health Counsellor to provide trauma-informed, client-centred counselling and psychosocial support to young people aged 12-24 within a primary health care framework.

You will deliver evidence-based therapies, engage in assertive case management, develop tailored care plans, and collaborate with health professionals, community agencies and support services to improve health outcomes for marginalised youth.
