Senior Project Manager - Commercial Joinery

Lead Commercial Joinery Projects from Award to Completion

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Joinery Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and delivering exceptional results.

This is not a coordination role - it's an opportunity to manage projects from contract award through manufacturing, installation, and final handover. You'll work closely with builders, architects, clients, suppliers, and our in-house production team to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Managing multiple commercial joinery projects from commencement through to practical completion.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes.
- Coordinating manufacturing and procurement.
- Managing project budgets, variations, and forecasting.
- Liaising with builders, architects, designers, consultants, clients.
- Identifying and resolving project risks before they become problems.
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Building strong relationships that lead to repeat business.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Demonstrated experience managing commercial joinery projects .




- Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation processes.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and solid problem-solving ability.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in commercial sector, education, healthcare, or retail fit-outs.
- Ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings.
