Who You Are

- You have 7 to 9 years of construction management or delivery experience specifically with large-scale (up to $800M ) fast-track projects
- You hold a Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering or a degree in construction management
- You possess experience working for a data centre operator or cloud provider within the APAC region
- You are an exceptionally flexible, forward-thinking leader with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent English skills

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing the construction phases of data centre facilities to ensure safe delivery on time, within budget, and to quality
- Leading and challenging general contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve optimal project results and milestones
- Overseeing cost management, budget reviews, and risk mitigation strategies to prevent delays or financial overruns
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and local authorities to manage commissioning and the final handover of facilities
