Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Management:



Handle residential sale and purchase files from initial instruction through to completed PEXA settlement.

- Contractual Expertise: Review contracts, publish your advice, prepare Section 66W certificates, and draft specialised clauses for residential property.

- Technical Precision: Manage all PEXA workspaces, EDR, and revenue filings with high accuracy.

- Birdie Collaboration: Liaise directly with our mortgage brokers, lawyers and property managers to streamline the client experience.

- Communication: Act as the calm, expert voice for clients during the high-stress period of exchange and settlement.

About You

You will ideally have:

- A current NSW Conveyancer’s Licence

- Experience in a fast-paced conveyancing environment, ideally 3+ years

- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines

- A calm, professional communication style with clients and referrers

- A down-to-earth approach and willingness to work closely with the broader Birdie team
