Talent Focus is seeking a Work Health & Safety Advisor to lead WHS, environmental and return‑to‑work initiatives across our client’s operations. This hands‑on role requires regular interaction with staff, supervisors and management to promote compliance and a robust safety culture.

You will maintain WHS documentation, ISO 45001 alignment, coordinate safety training, and manage workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs.
