u&u; Recruitment Partners is partnering with a large organisation to hire a hands‑on Test Lead who will coordinate and execute UAT across payroll and workforce management systems in a BAU workplace.
You will lead a small testing team of 3–4 testers, plan and run UAT, develop test cases, manage defects, and collaborate with payroll, HR, tech teams and vendors to ensure changes are thoroughly tested prior to deployment.
