Sigtech Solutions Australia is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team. This is a senior site-based leadership role responsible for the secure, efficient, and compliant delivery of civil and signalling infrastructure works. You'll provide hands-on supervision and technical oversight across planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring works are delivered to program, to standard, and in line with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily site operations for civil construction activities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to meet project milestones




- Oversee procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
- Interpret and work from construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across multiple operating environments and networks
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Support subcontractor onboarding, training, and ongoing compliance
- Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement on site
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks
