Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step into a leadership position within residential aged care? This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate clinical leader to join a medium-sized nursing home in the Albury region , supporting a high-performing team and delivering exceptional care to residents.

You will work within a strong leadership structure, reporting to the Facility Manager and collaborating with the Care Manager , Registered Nurses and care team to drive quality outcomes.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership and support to Registered Nurses and care staff.
- Assist with care planning, clinical assessments and monitoring resident outcomes.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.




- Mentor and develop team members to promote best-practice clinical care.
- Monitor clinical documentation, incidents, risks and care delivery.
- Collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (RN) registration .
- Previous experience working within Residential Aged Care .
- Solid clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for supporting teams and improving resident outcomes.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to lead and influence others.
