DC House Design and Construction seeks a Head of Finance to lead our financial function on a fractional basis. You will own reporting, cash flow and cost-code integrity, working closely with the Managing Director, with real scope to grow into CFO as DC House scales.
You'll produce monthly reports, forecast cash flow across build pipelines, and ensure tax and statutory obligations are met, while guiding pricing and margin strategies for multiple projects.
