About the role

Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our Home Care clients across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

- Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse
- Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
- Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
- Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing

Joining the team, you'll work across Heidelberg, Reservoir, Preston and surrounding suburbs in a full-time capacity, following a five-day roster Monday- Friday. To be successful, you will have:

- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- 12 months plus experience in Community Nursing




- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
